Magnesium Phix is supplied in a fully recyclable pouch containing 60 standard capsules.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE:
Children over 12 and adults take 1 to 2 capsules daily or as advised by a healthcare provider.
DIRECTIONS:
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily.
These capsules can be swallowed with liquid or opened up and poured onto foods or drinks.
